Palm Garden Ayurveda Resort

I had such a great stay here—it honestly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, really comfortable, and felt like a peaceful little retreat. The location is beautiful—tucked away in a serene jungle setting but still just a short walk to the beach. The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and nourishing. One of the highlights was meeting the Ayurvedic doctor; she’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and offered really helpful support with healing and recovery. I came looking for a bit of a reset, and left feeling so much better, both mentally and physically. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and attentive. The WiFi was reliable, which was a nice bonus, and the garden and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for calm, comfort, and a genuine sense of care.

Nice, spacious and comfortable room

Over priced spa treatments

The hotel is very clean and nice, the food is good.

I came fror the treatments and yoga, the yoga wasn't available because the Teacher is sick. Which is fine but then as a Hotel you have the responsibility to find a substitude. The Doctor was absolutely not empathetic and her approach was to keep me for three weeks and give me medicine, instead of ayurvedic Treatments or suggestions on a proper treatment. I spent 30$ on a consultation that made me feel more uneasy than before and with more questions and no one to answer, for the treatment they charged me 100$ for a lady (that was super nice) but not staff and massage was not really pleasant. so both reasons I came for were unfortunately a disappointment. Don't promote it as an Ayurvedic Resort, when the first thing the Doctor gives you anxiety about poor health and medicine right away.

Fantastic room, super spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely balcony. The pool and garden were both brilliant too. 10 min walk from beach/main road so lovely and quiet.

With breakfast included, it was a shame that they didn’t have milk for both mornings of our stay, and on our second morning - they only had 2 out of the 6 options on the menu which was disappointing. The team working there were friendly but didn’t help with beach or restaurant recommendations when we asked.

Wonderful jungle location, it was really peaceful and tranquil. The staff were all very friendly. The room and balcony were very large and comfortable, and everything was good value for the reasonable price.

While the hotel was generally lovely, and the staff were very friendly, with the very best intentions, we did find things lacking in a few areas. For example, there was a kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea, even after we asked for it a couple of times. Similarly, the food for breakfast and lunch was good, but not great.

The serenity of the place

The breakfast was a bit limited. Also, when ordering poached eggs, they were always served cold.

Had a fantastic room and enjoyed our two day stay here . Loved watching the monkeys play in the jungle behind us . The yoga is brilliant - fantastic teacher .

The food was so tasty but was always cold . Please serve hot food and it would be amazing. All the flavours and menu was very good .
