there is no hot water facility, when I asked for the hot water they denied and said there is no hot water facility it is far from the main center

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location and customer service. I missed the opportunity to complete the survey that I received via email. I stayed at this property in January. The front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly, and the gentleman who checked me out was outstanding. The room was spacious., And clean, with proper amenities. Thank you very much, and I will definitely return.

Visited to attend birthday party of my cousin. Well maintained with high degree of courtesy. Preparations were all good presented in safe & secure manner.

My experience of this place has been very good. The hotel is located centrally. The rooms are spacious, well kept and cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this place.
