The stay is very pleasant. The staff are very courteous and they served the dinner even at late night. Facilities and response from the reception is good. Mr. Aman took personal interest in serving the guests. Overall the stay is very nice and I wish to stay again.

Very beautiful hotel under budget.Rooms are spacious with all modern amenities.Bathroom is also very good .My kiddo enjoyed a lot .Special thanks to Rahul for delicious dinner.Overall 5/5 Thanks to Hollywood Heights .

I booked executive suite..very luxurious and prime service.i like it. Room service was very nice and food is also good. Petty problem in parking but they have valet parking so not a big deal location is prime. Check inn time 12 Am but they allow me for earlier Check-In at 10 Am. 24 hours hot water available.

The manager was very accommodating and made us feel instantly welcome. On day of checkout we spent a couple of hours in the reception which was very comfortable and had fast wifi we could use while waiting for our train. The other staff were kind and even gave us a small gift upon our departure! For the price we paid, the room was very good value; it was spacious and the bed comfortable, there was a fan and aircon (which we didn't end up needing).

It could've been a little bit cleaner - I'm not too fussy but there was a lot of stains and even some hairs in the bed sheets. The room also smelt upon entry but the manager sprayed it all down for us. Also, as others have commented there is no hot water - but this wasn't a problem for me as Amritsar is already a hot place so we didn't particularly need it!

Great hotel, good services and even better and more helpful staff. Good location too, near some great markets and walkable to the golden temple. Special shout out to Aman who was been great and works so long and hard. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Amritsar!
