The location was great just opposite to Golden temple

The room was hardly enough for 2 adults and 2 kids hardly any space to move around; no water bottles no brush and paste ; no wifi hardly any facilities the pricing is exorbitantly high just for the location ended up paying 4k per night a total of 8k with 0 value for money pictures posted in Booking .com is deceiving when asked with reception why is the pricing so high the gentleman said why did u book thru aggregator platform Pictures posted on site and reality has a huge difference All other booking of trip made thru MMT except this total disappointing and felt cheated

Great location just few meters from the golden temple. The room was cosy and bed clean. Hot water, wifi, clean beds were available. They also arranged car for airport pickup on extra payment basis which is a must to get accurately to the location.

Room size quite small but still reasonable for the price & location I guess.

received bedbugs the morning I woke up in hotel. not clean at all, was unable to get hold of hotel to report incident.

Worst hotel ever we have been too. And the worst General Manager. He threatened us and abused us. This hotel should be closed. Rooms were disgusting. Bedsheets were super dirty,with lots of hair on it. Room was stinky. And when we saw the bathroom, we felt like throwing up. It was that disgusting. And to top it all the General Manager was super rude, he abused us and threatened us, when we said we do not want to stay in their unhygienic hotel. We were there early in the morning around 3 am with our small kids. And this is how they treated us. After all the chaos we decided not to stay in this hotel, and we got a room in a hotel near by. Even the front staff said that their General manager is rude to many customers. So, its a big NO to this hotel. They are the scammers!!

We were very well looked after. The staff were very courteous and attended promptly to our requirements. The open terrace on the 4th floor affords a spectacular view of the Amritsar Golden Temple and of the surrounding areas. The person at the reception invited us to go to the fourth floor and enjoy the view.

The restaurant opens only at 9.00 a.m in the morning and hence we were forced to go out and have our breakfast, before proceeding for sightseeing.
