Perfectly located to visit the Golden Temple and surrounding area of Amritsar. The rooms was basic, but clean, with a fan and AC. Bathroom had a good shower with hot water. Staff were friendly.

The mattress was incredibly hard, but we were still able to sleep.

Very Clean. Staff very helpful and attentive. Good value for money. 2 minutes walking distance from Harmandir Sahib. Everything is nearby. Dabba downstairs serve wonderful breakfast. Very happy with the hotel, will come back again for future stays. ❤️🙏🏻✨🌈

Very clean, rooms were good, nice hot water, bathrooms were clean, good AC and staff is awesome. Very helpful for every single request. Room service for food and great food. Honestly, I didn’t expect this top notch experience, but was pleasantly surprised with the Sapphire. Definitely recommend to stay over here!!!

the staff were very helpful sorting out taxis and suggesting places to eat. They were excellent. the location of the hotel is very very close to the golden temple and walking distance to the partition museum. the beds were a little hard but everything in the bedroom worked, including the wifi.

the breakfast choices were a little limited and it was served in the room
