The staff was helpful, and was responding to our requests with good service. Location is great, just 2 minutes walk from Golden Temple premises. Rooms and linens provided were clean with good view of Golden Temple. There was hot water available in washroom for winter season all day and night. Tea and hot water kettle were provided complimentary with room. RO water tank is available at ground floor for filling up drinking water. Wifi is available.

On the outside, area looks like it might not be the best place to stay. But the Hotel is decent inside. Parking is not available. You need to park in public paid parking for the temple which is 15 minutes walk from the Hotel area.
