Check in was easy and staff helpfull. The room seemed perfectly adequate for what we needed but we didnt actually stay in the end so can't comment further.

We had ants and flying ants in the bathroom. It was quite extensive and whilst someone did come to spray them we couldn't possibly stay in the room with the fumes from the spray. I was itching all day 😳 To be fair to them, they did offer an alternative option at no extra cost but we just couldn't stop there after that experience. They gave a full refund for the room too.

"Lovely location beautiful site"

Clean lovely en-suite shower. friendly staff, and idle for the party we attended in Malden suite

Would have been nice to have small packets of biscuits to have on arrival with your hot drink facilities Would have liked to get a cooked breakfast at woodys bar in the morning before leaving, but they don’t do breakfast

very nice to be by the lake with good parking

The room felt old and tired, mould in the bathroom and peeling fittings, the room with the heating on was warm but very dry, carpets are like a cheap office type. that and no breakfast included left me feeling that it was not value for money considering your price vs other offerings in the area. It was a very convenient location for me but after 2 nights I wanted to find something better, which i did.
