Perfect night stay, the standard queen room was quite spacious and perfect for me and my friends, would stay here again, breakfast was great and staff were kind and friendly. The view was soo good as well.

Only thing I would say is that even though the Bathroom has a semi mesh filter, you can still see through when shower is in use. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

We arrived late afternoon on a warm day and the room was super hot as the air conditioning was not on. It cooled down after a few hours but it was really uncomfortable to start with.

Was a fantastic room with a great view. Very central. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Would love to stay again!

Great location, awesome view from my hotel room and the rooftop bar; very considerate helpful staff at the front desk on check in. Beds were spacious and extremely generous in size for a twin share. The room design and layout was also much appreciated, bathrobe was thick and fluffy.

The room service from our neighbouring room sat outside his door for two days straight and right opposite the lifts.

Located in the heart of the Auckland CBD, the hotel was walking distance to the harbour and many eateries around. The staff at the reception were welcoming and allowed us to check in early at 10am after our red eye flight, at a reasonable price which was a life saver for us. We were also given a room was at a high floor so the view was great.

Hotel entrance is located on a slope so just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or travelling with strollers/wheelchairs. You will need more than 1 adult - one to hold everything in place while another person unloads the uber/car.
