They advertise Parking but don’t tell you it costs $59. They charged us on the room and then they made us pay on the way out of the parking garage which was only $40. The hotel pockets $29 extra. We waited over half an hour for our refund when we went in and questions. Breakfast was also cold the buffet

Amazing location, breakfast meal, front desk staff, cleanliness, check-in/check-out, and lifts.

There's a bar across and I could the music at night.

Location was great for someone who doesn't really know Auckland - it was easy to get to the Aotea Centre. Loved having the breakfast included - and the room was perfect for a conference (away all day).

Excellent hotel with a great view to the city and harbour. There is a great restaurant on the hotel as well.

Good location. Clean and modern.

We were advised by the hotel to bring our parking ticket and not to pay by credit card to get discounted parking, but the parking was not discounted.

Perfect night stay, the standard queen room was quite spacious and perfect for me and my friends, would stay here again, breakfast was great and staff were kind and friendly. The view was soo good as well.

Only thing I would say is that even though the Bathroom has a semi mesh filter, you can still see through when shower is in use. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
