Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre by IHG

Comfortable bed, breakfast was good, great location and value for money.

The water pressure was nothing more than a drizzle so showers took longer than they should and it was difficult to watch TV as you have to use your phone and it would randomly disconnect from the phone. It wants you to download an app for the TV but the last thing I want to do is download another app.

Great location, clean and big rooms. Friendly staff.

A latex or foam pillow in the room would have been great.

This was the best hotel where we stayed during our one week NZD roundtrip. The view from the room was breathtaking, hotel is pretty new and all amenities are top notch. Staff, breakfast, hotel design was all perfect at an affordable price. Will go to other voco hotels as well.

We were there at the beginning and the end of our NZD journey for couple of nights, at all times the rooftop bar was closed due to various reasons, either private party or another reason.

A nice clean modern hotel ideally situated in the heart of Auckland. Very close walk to the Sky Tower

I did ask for a room fan several times & was told “it’s on the way” but it never happened.
