Staff very friendly and love the food

The room we had was below the heating system which made a lot of noises

Proximity to WHQ

Key fob didn’t work and had to be reset. I wondered what would have happened if I hadn’t discovered this until 11:30pm on Sunday night. The hotel was closed so no one around to help

Plumber with generater running at 530 am no hot water first night an shower head broken drain in showers stunk

Staff were pleasant

Room and beds were not looked after

Basic pub room need revamp badly… rooms were quite noisy

Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. My doona had blood on it so it hadn't been washed. The fire alarm went off on Friday night at around 10:30pm and they just silenced it in the rooms but the stairwell alarm continued beeping all night and was still beeping when we left at 7am and even though we were down the opposite end of the hallway we could still hear it. The trees out front of our window were full of ibis, cockies and other loud birds that screeched all night. The shower & shower curtain was filthy and there was no fan in the bathroom just the window open.
