The comfort of the room and the view.

No water in the geyser in the morning which delayed us. The paint on the door was peeling. Insufficient juice at breakfast. Asked for well done eggs and got runny eggs and bread was cold.

Breakfast was great. Kitchen staff also were accommodating with meals. The gardens are amazing

Service was sometimes slow and some of the wait staff seemed untrained
