The location

We had a terrible experience at the house we rented for the Easter weekend, the house is in disrepair and needs major attention. Firstly there was no hot water in half the house. The dishes and cutlery was insufficient and did not cater for the no of persons in the house as it’s a 5 bedroom house. 1 bedroom experienced a severe leak from the bathroom above. The worst aspect was that the cleaners used a chemical to clean the entire house that Gave the entire house a horrible odour that even remained on our clothing after leave the house. The cleaners also left this in an unmarked water bottle on a washroom basin, containing this chemical that appeared as water which was ingested by a family member that caused him to be severely ill. The cleaners and management did nothing to assist and tried desperately to shrug off the incident. Very upset guests and after paying such a large sum of money for the house.

The location was perfect for the festival at Michaelhouse. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was just in good working order.

Their information book in the rooms needs to be updated.

You need a place to put your bag on, in the room and in the bathroom. A place to put your vanity.

Need small table for bag. In the room and in the bathroom especially. It is very difficult to walk with all the luggage to excecutive room. No one to help you or a carrier to makr it easy for you.

The location was just perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. Attention to detail as in some water in the rooms, robes etc.

Can’t think of anything was good value for money, the breakfast and coffee was a great as well and included!
