Hotel Colón

Hotel de trato familiar en el cual te sientes como en casa. Personal súper atento dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento (mención especial para Jaime y Vicente en recepción) Desayuno más que suficiente aunque sea repetitivo. Café de máquina Nescafe muy bueno y zumo de naranja natural hecho en el momento. Servicio de comida y cena servido en mesa en el cual se escoge entre dos primeros y dos segundos. Botellín de agua gratis en cada servicio. Merece la pena pedir habitación vista al mar, en nuestro caso era en la planta 5ª y fenomenal. En resumen, hotel para repetir por su personal y ubicación

Foi primeira vez que visitamos Benidorm e adoramos. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, a localização perto da praia é excelente, o pequeno almoço variado, muito bom, com fruta, ovos e iogurte. V amos voltar com toda a certeza. Da próxima vez, só quero o quarto voltado para o mar.

Great location and good price.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, tapas bars, restaurants, shops, and everything Benidorm has to offer. We had a sea-view room and loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings and afternoons enjoying the stunning views. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Every member of staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how small the request. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job throughout our stay.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the location and cleanliness to the service provided by the staff. We could not fault the hotel in any way.
