I booked the room from booking.com. When I went for check-in the manager says he doesnt have any booking in that price. He asked me double the amount I had booked. I didnt have any option so I had to agree his terms and conditions. Really had a worst experience booking the room from this platform.

nothing, I didn't like absolutely anything

Worse hotel, should be delisted from bookings.com, Staff directly said that they don't have any room even after we had a reservation

Nothing was to like, all was very poor, staff, rooms, facilities, cleaniness etc.

Staff was not cooperative, taps were broken in bathroom, neither soap nor shampoo was provided.
