Breakfast was Ok. I think it should be inside hotel premises as a Buffet system.

Absolutely nothing !

Despite having an advance confirm reservation, Myself and my wife were not allowed a check in. The front office manager Mr Naveen reported that there was some overbooking ! He showed absolutely NIL concern for two of us as to where will we take a night shelter in the totally new place. Even though some room was getting cancelled by another guest, he refused to allot it to us, citing that the same will be given to another guest who has booked but yet to arrive.

Staff environment and services. Though opted for breakfast...service is not available. Absolutely worst service and environment. No hot water

If the reception staff is trained to be more hospitable and polite it will help. Security staff expects a tip just for standing and loitering. Didn't help unload lheavy uggage.

It was very bad experience staying in this property. Nothing seem to be working. 1. AC started leaking water within 30 mins of start. Even after reporting to front desk there was no action taken in 2 days. 2. TV not working in room. No set top box provided. As per hotel it is under maintenance for whole hotel. 3. Broken basin tap. 4. Dirty bathroom. Basin is so small that you can't even wash hands properly. 5. No windows in room. Total dark even in daytime. 6. Broken Cupboard. 7. Not even a water glass in room. 8. Website says parking is available, but it is false. No parking in the hotel. They will make you park on road side which is dangerous for the vehicle as it is service road of chennai highway. 9. Worst part is they don't even have a restaurant for complimentary breakfast. They send guests to have breakfast at a roadside dosa stall which is utterly unhygienic. How can a hotel treat it's guests so badly? This hotel makes all false claims on website and is a totally fraud business. Better to avoid this hotel.
