Toielts could have been more cleaner and multiple toiletries are expected for multiple guests in a single room. The smell of the handwash was awful

They really don't care anyone coming with online booking. No towels no water for drinking, nothing in room.

Only the location, because of which I booked this hotel.

Such a shitty place. The corridor was used by people for strange business ! It felt absolutely unsafe. The room was beyond expectation ! The smallest room I can imagine accommodating a double bed, that's it ! No more place. Dirty bed sheet, dirty room which smells bad and of smoke, dirty and smelly bathroom & toilet (like the pay and use ones). The mug and bucket was slimy. No AC remote was there ! Finally the breakfast in the morning was served at the room (came from some outside place) after asking 3 times (since we had to leave by 9): 2 aloo paratha (only, not any pickle, curd, nothing) and 1 tea (half cold). I don't know how did I booked this hotel at the first place and I had to spent the night with my kid in this situation. The worst hotel experience of my life so far !

Very bad services i am litterly disappointed to site of booking.com Bedbug(khatmal) are running on bed..whole night faceing problems...washroom r also not cleaned..

Good hotel and location is near metro station. Staff is very professional and helpful.
