The place and given room.was superb .called the willows . Food was standard but tasty

The initial room.as rhw AC was not working very well.

The rooms were big size

Wi-Fi , tv , and spa. No spa as advertised. No wifi as advertised. Tv was not working. Requested many times for the WiFi and tv and the staff had no answer. The rooms were very damp and smelly. Not good for health

Rooms had unpleasant stale smell, like been closed for Long time.

The food here is too too costly and taste is just ok. They give you Linley water bottles for 40 plus 18% gst. I mean a bottle outside is 20 rs MRP. And who charges gst in water. This is serious and offend-able. The manager of the resort is very rude. He would just deny any of your request. They don’t have much option for food. Everyday they serve bread omelette poha and paratha for bf and papaya or apple in fruits and some fine day 2-3 slices of mango. And if you ask more then they will just say it’s out of stock. Even rooms are too costly. When they charge premium then they should not charge for water and small amenities.
