Courtesy and feeling like "staying at home" !!

I’m in love with staff! Nice communication, very friendly and helpful! Super warm stay! The room I stayed in was tiny, but still very nice and even has sofa and dedicated workspace. The bathroom was big. Pillow and bed a really comfortable for not a big person (I’m 1.7m tall). The room was recently renovated and looks nice. I love this simple natural wood. Breakfast was tiny and had little variety but still I found what to eat. The filter coffee was great! The hotel have its own parking in front of the building and 100m on the back yard.

I prefer to have nice white towels only, and a socket right next to the bed.

Could do with thicker curtains to block out light

the owner and his family were so helpful, welcoming and kind. the hotel is in a wonderful location and is very clean and comfortable. we really enjoyed our time here.

This was my second visit to the Moritz Hotel in Dobbiaco to enjoy the superb cross-country skiing in the area. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly (and I am pretty critical if things are not just right!). The welcome is warm and genuine - when collected from the station after calling from the train - and the whole hotel is warm. The single bedroom was clean and bright, spacious en suite wc/shower room. The day started with a sumptuous hot and cold breakfast. The sauna and spa was exactly what my body needed after my return after a full day out on the tracks. Followed by a beer and tasty supper. You will only be disappointed when you have to leave and are dropped off at the station, with a genuine smile and invitation to return. Which I certainly will be doing.

We only dined there one night and didn’t stay, but the restaurant has a lovely family-owned feel to it. Mauricio has a lovely sense of humour and we enjoyed the meal and its accompanying buffet salad bar.
