"Very friendly staff"

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast had a limited selection but had all the essentials for energy before a good trek in the dolomites. I'm not sure if it was the just our room, but the mattresses were rather hard and so we were unable to sleep very well. Maybe these should be changed with newer memory comfort models. But as I said, it might just have been in our room.

"Unwanted, unsolicited body touching"

This is a small family-run hotel. I had B&B: room and breakfast were satisfactory but not outstanding. My single room was good value. Staff were anxious to please. However, I experienced a problem: the owner seemed unable to talk to me without putting his hands on my body, which I found very offensive. Because of this I won't be back and I would advise single women to avoid this hotel.
