Clean, spacious, comfortable mattress, close to the beach, nice area, reception open 24/7 (i had to check in at 4am and there was no issue)

There was no bin in the ladies bathroom, they asked me to pay 50% via bank transfer before arrival, otherwise I will lose my booking, which is dodgy (it's pay at the property reservation) - i said i will not pay and if they want they can cancel my reservation so I can book somewhere else, they agreed i can pay during check-in.

Slight smell of mildew in the dorm room. Other than that, the place is like a dream.

Perfect location, you can cover everything by walking. The reception manager super supportive and kind. The rooms are large, plenty of place to lock your stuff. Very cozy lobby. Recommended.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They letted us in in 2-3 am for check in.

Helpful and informative staff who were able to accommodate us arriving after midnight and helped us book onward travel to Hai Phong. A particular highlight was the wonderful lady from reception who came with us to the highway junction to make sure we boarded the right bus - very caring. The room was good: modern declaration with good AC, and a decent sized bathroom. Excellent value for money.

The room smells a little humid, so just make sure the AC is on dehumidify. Location is ok but a little out of the main strip of town, so there aren’t too many restaurants around. Still, we were able to get Grabs no problem to go to the town, citadel, sand dunes etc.
