Cagina Boutique Hostel

The property was very clean & comfortable and it was also in a great location.

When we arrived at 7am, the hotel was not open even though we informed reception of our arrival time. When the receptionist woke up, he then let us into the property after we had waited outside for over an hour. We were travelling as a group of three, 1 couple who stayed in a private room and myself who was in the dorm room. At 5am I (the only person in the dorm room, also a female) was woken up by the male receptionist trying to enter the room. Previously I was told by a female staff member that I could lock the door as I was the only person in the room that evening. He then came in another 2-3 time asking me questions (in Thai, so I could not understand), turning on the lights and sitting on the bed next to me in the early hours of the morning. It was a very uncomfortable and made me feel very uneasy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cagina Boutique Hostel in Doing Hoi and my god, what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay and enjoy the night. The staffs were incredibly helpful and accommodating, the common areas are maintained well and that creates such a pleasant environment. The cleanliness of the hostel is outstanding, my air-conditioned room is comfortable and provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the road. They also have hair dryer here, what a godsend.

THIS IS NOT RELATED TO THE HOSTEL ITSELF, PURELY ADVICE IF YOU VISIT THE AREA: ask the hostel if they have laundry service and if not, can they recommend you a place that does. Do not go deep into the alley on the left of the building, which at the time of my visit had a laundry service sign. I went to that advertised place and got charged twice as much, so it's better to search for a reputable laundry shop within the city instead.

Good hotel and nice

The room was clean, bed & bathroom was comfortable, nice view, location near Nhat Le beach, quiet & has a nice view, price were affordable

The receptionist fogot to gave my identity card back after checking out. So I had to turn back while going to the airport.

supportive and polite staffs, pretty good interior design. Very close to one of the most popular restaurant in town, which sells Rice dumpling cake (bánh bột lọc Mệ Xuân)

Staff is quite quiet. Could be nice if the staff is more proactive, but overall they're really nice.

The beds were comfortable, I slept well, air con worked well, and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and gave me free water before my bike ride. Price reasonable
