The locations nice, as its seafront in sidmouth.

It smelt like cigarettes outside our room, it was outdated and the front needs a lick a paint.

Excellent hotel. Food amazing and staff excellent. All staff polite and willing to help especially Thomas head waiter Aqsa and her husband. The hotel is spotlessly clean and warm. Lovely hot shower and good quality towels. On a sunny day outside terrace very pleasant. There is a charge for carparking but concierge available to move car at any time

What a fabulous hotel. Staff so amazing well trained. We had a sea view room and it was lovely so comfortable and clean,we even had bathe robes. The restaurant is so good the staff make you feel so spoiled and special. The breakfast is all table service and cooked to order and the 5 course dinner is just wonderful. Will be going back for sure
