Ushashee Amidst Nature

While I booked Ushashee Amidst Nature, I was informed that i would have to relocate to another hotel of theirs [Mahika By The Riverside] as the original hotel was fully booked somehow.

Safe area, Good transportation.

1.Mattress--It is not mattres,I don't know what material they used but fully uncomfortable.Just we passed hole night like sleeping on wood. 2.They took booking for 12 person in three rooms but they offer two small bed for 4 person.when we coplained the owner Indranil dutta said that two single bed is fitted for 7,8 people.This was his logic.even he refused to give extra mattress.last we paid for 1 extra room. Generally I use make my trip for hotel booking.last 2,3 times I used booking.com.past experience was good but I don't know why you people rate this hotel genius.Atleast you should visit 1 or twice in a year. I was cheated.

Parking confirmed but dur to late arrival property doesn't provide full parking facility

When we arrived at the hotel, the caretaker said no rooms were there, despite accepting an online booking and taking an advance. They informed us, that they had forgotten the fact that they had an online booking (us), but instead went ahead and accepted an offline booking. We had to wait till 2 o'clock in the night for them to shift us to a different property (Mahika homestay) and then provided us rooms. I want refund of one night's fee.
