They refused to give me room even after telephonic conversation and confirmation .I being a lady was bound to roam here and there at 10 pm in search of hotel due to their dishonest behaviour

I booked 2 room but at the time of check in they told me that only 1 room was available for accommodation. I have to manage with 1 room only. They charged full amount from me. The owmer and manager was rudely talking with me.
