After paying 5000 for 2 nights they were giving very basic small room adjacent to Reception which don't have privacy and frequent noise from outside which didn't inform before payment. After payment Roshan said you cancel if you don't want this room which is very unprofessional. Then my husband asked to change room. He said you have to pay 1000 extra for another room. Then we laid extra money. Breakfast was very bad. Too much oil.

It was a terrible stay with Coorg Vismaya with average ambiance and without parking ( I had perked my Car on the road). They provide a room with 12k per night saying it was a Suit room with a single washroom. It didn't have a washbasin at least outside. I don't have a proper dustbin even in the room.Indontbhave even a proper wardrobe to keep my bags and clothes. Irony is that I found a frog beside my bed when I woke up in the morning. It's a waste of money and uncomfortable.

Forest around the hotel. Morning BF was good.

The approaching road to the hotel, horrible. No lights,. Hotel has no cook, no food available for late arriving guests.

The suite rooms are way much bigger than what I had expected and balcony view is good. Toilets were very clean and hot water geyser heats water within 10 mins.

There isn't much space provided for play area. There is only carrom and badminton available, and also badminton rackets were torn, so its unusable.
