We like the ambience of the stay.

The route to the stay is bit secluded and I feel its not safe to ride after 6.

The valley and hill views from the rooms, the serene ambience of the resort, the helpful team of staff led by Roshan, the location close to Madikere town, the breakfast

Our rooms were located at different levels and lift was not working at one level ; the power outages though brief were offputting, especially in the evenings

Big beds with an interesting configuration. Nice scenery.

Very difficult with elevator not working from 3rd to 4th floor. They don't have a master key to clean the room and change the linen and towels, Front desk is hardly staffed. All TV channels were subscription and we couldn't catch up on the IPL games. The built in hair dryer in one room had only the part in the wall.

The property collected an advance payment for confirming and didnt blocked a room for me even after paying money. Also didnt even refunded my booking advance payment

Very good view to that hillside

They didn't replaced the bed and pillow covers, we used our bedsheets too of that
