Breakfast was okay and the service too

Check in not available (we had to have help from another guest), although we specified that we would arrive between 22h and 23h and this was accepted. The photos on booking do not correspond 100% to the reality. There is no AC and the room was very warm.

Great location. This is a tired hotel (but rooms were clean) we used it as an overnight stop on a road trip and it worked well for that, it wasn't a disaster for us. Munster was great and there are easy cycle/walking routes into the city centre through the park. Munster is the 'cycling capital' of Germany and the cycle paths worked very well. It was cheap.

When we arrived it seemed closed, reception unclean disorganised. The owner seemed displeased to see us, luckily the hotel manager was great, a real people person, and funny. They had a school prom the next day and frankly that was all they cared about. We appeared to be the only guests, the bar was shut, as was the kitchen - both disappointing but we cycled into town (approx 1.5m / 2.5km) and the town has some great eating and drinking places.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice

The room was very dirty except the bed and bathroom. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, there were no curtains on the rails and the room was filled with bugs.

Really good value for money. Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

The breakfast is simple at best.

Payment provided via booking.com was not received by hotel and it was necessary to payl twice!

Super buffet breakfast, nice way to start the day.
