Clean and has a nice view to the mountain from the room , room was also clean and spacious.

It’s not in the center and the shuttle wasn’t working for 2 nights . The breakfast is very limited with only 2 hot dishes . Room service menu is also very limited and food quality was not good . No water bottles in the room ( only filled jug) , shampoo, conditioner and body shower are all dry soap . Phones are not working in the room we should go down every time we need something from the reception. The hotel does not update guest daily with weather forecast specially there was snow storms, also they should inform guests about Christmas events happening in the village ( we missed it because we didn’t know about it) , check in at 5 pm this too late while check out is at 10 am . Overall the hotel worth to be a 4 star according to services and amenities , it was too expensive for what we got and the hotel was overpriced compared to other hotels in the village with much better services according to my previous stays.

The personal touches.

For a Five Star Hotel, there was a lot lacking, considering thousands you are paying. No bottled water Room too hot at night, quilts too thick, no air Coffee/Tea facilities were really bad, not 5 Srar at all, no milk or spoons, and only 2 crap coffees /tea sachets per person, not 5 STAR at all!
