Location was superb, staff were amazing, pro shop attached to the hotel and step directly onto the piste. Amazing

The spa wasn’t really up to scratch for a “Hotel & Spa”. The pool was cool, the Hammam wasn’t working, so the slightly small sauna was packed most evenings. Gave up and had a bath instead.

great location. some staff were great, others not.

no flexibility with children’s needs. They weren’t very accommodating considering it was very quiet. it was looking very tired. I counted 5 lightbulbs out in the main dining room.

Before we arrived the staff were in touch helping to make our trip as smooth as possible. The location was fantastic, having the ski shop on location was perfect, and staff throughout were some of the best we have experienced!

ubicación excepcional vistas maravillosas buen desayuno

poca luz en habitaciones y baño. sin armarios en las habitaciones solo en la planta baja lo cual es muy incómodo y obliga a dejar la ropa en las maletas en el suelo

Отличный отель. Тихо, уютно. Видно, что в руководство отеля относится с душой к своему делу. Хорошая звукоизоляция, хорошие номера. Отличный ресторан. Отличная каминная зона. Джулия и Джером отдельный респект. Лучшие гребешки на горе (включая самые топовые рестораны Куршевеля)

Скорее пожелания. Стойка сушки ботинок устаревшей конструкции. Ботинки тёплые, но сушка без воздуха и поэтому влажные. Это замечательно, что есть прокат, но выбор лыж ограничен одной маркой и не вся линейка присутствует. Привыкли к тому, что есть открытый бассейн / джакузи. Не помешал бы…) Немного больше освещения в номерах (реально темновато).
