Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Limited hot water

They had a super loud staff party with live music very loud from 6:00pm until 10:00pm total lack of respect for all the guests on the hotel probably they where also disturbing the guests of other hotels

Bad staff bad hotel. Stay clear.

Low water pressure Noisy neighborhood We had to stay in separate building.

The hotel was very conveniently located. Room was quite small but clean and everything was there (hot water in bathroom, airco, ceiling fan). Friendly staff.

The room was good and it’s like any other room in similar hotels, but I was positively surprise how comfortable the bed was and how clean everything was.

Wifi didn’t work for me.

Location.

- First off, we got a different room, not the booked one, so we ended up on the ground floor with a view over the corridor. The other end of the apartment (bathroom) had a very small window. As a result it was stale and stuffy inside the whole day, no matter how long we kept the door open to air the room. So instead of our clothes getting dry, everything got damp and more wet.. - In addition, the wifi was not working inside the room at all, only in the corridor, and even the gsm signal was terribly weak. - In the corridor there was a water tank filled with mineral water, having one button for hot and one for cold water. The only problem is that the hot water button was not working (even though its led was on)... Long story short, zero feel of comfort, I would not recommend this place to anyone, you will not get what you pay for.

Rooms and beds are very confortable. Good shower, staff is very friendly! The best location in Palenque, very close to Restaurantes and ADO station. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is near the bus station. Close to restaurants, shops and travel agencies. The room was big enough

The bed was too stiff for me. Others might find it ok though!
