Capelongue, a Beaumier hotel & Spa

Beautifully placed property with a view of Bonnieux, and a very nice space they’ve created almost like a little village. Highly recommend for a couples escape. Food, service, rooms and pool au top!

Overall unforgettable stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - especially Paul with his delicious iced lattes and thyme spritzes! Our room was spacious with a comfy bed. We slept excellently. We really enjoyed the beautiful location, which made morning pilates truly magical. It's also a great location for exploring the area, including vineyards and stunning market towns. Highly recommend dining at La Bastide (their onsite Michelin restaurant) - my wife is vegan and the menu was absolutely fantastic with many dishes rivalling their meat equivalent. Getting the caviar course add on was a great decision :)

There were a couple of minor issues - however all were dealt with promptly by staff. These were 1. we ordered some eggs at breakfast which took 40minutes to arrive, and had to be remade. 2. The power in the room kept tripping from the coffee machine and kettle. Again the staff quickly resolved within 24hrs but it was a little annoying as no lights were working, or any appliances including TV, Fridge and chargers. Both issues were solved quickly with apologies on both occasions but just a little annoying.
