Its not clean, the rooms and the bathroom smells dirty. I would never stay here again

Nothing. I should have followed the low rating and not stay here. I was tempted though by the Thermal which is not that good anyhow.

How much space I have here? A very worn out and dated hotel. My main issue of complaint is the climate control. I can understand that the airconditioning system is not set to summer conditions yet. Hence, I switched it off. However, the central system continued to blow hot (28 degrees) air into my room. I complained, but apparently that could not be stopped. I managed to get some sleep by moving the heavy matrass to the floor, just at the open door to the balcony. My feet were hot and my head was cold. There were many more technical issues. Also, the staff does not speak any English, which is remarkable for a hotel close to the airport of Turkey capital Ankara. My recommendation; DO NOT STAY HERE.

Key doesnt work, we told them and wait for a while need to keep the pressure to fix the issue. We wait half hour with kids some one to turn up şn front pf the door. called reception 3 times. generally not clean att all . facilities dirty or borken old

poor service, dirty

The hotel has a definite style and it was great to see a complete honeycomb on display for breakfast. Our room was clean and huge. (It appears to have been two rooms knocked into one.) The gifts of biscuits and fresh fruit was nice.

The decor was tired and there were old fittings and bare wires everywhere. The hotel seemed to be overstaffed and did not cater to international travellers. (Very few of the staff spoke any English.) The location was great in terms of being relatively near the airport but it is a long way from the centre of Ankara.

Absolutely horrible place. Like a ghost house. Most of the rooms were empty with doors open and beds up because of humidity problems in the hotel. Hotel is very old and demands huge investment for repars and functionalities. Pool Impossible to use. Cold water, dirty, old.

The room was very big and spacious

The decor is very tired and the room was in bad need of modernisation
