the property is very far from 5 star and very deceiving

everything from reception to room service. first of all is was far from from 5 star, dirty carpets in the room, the mini bar was empty.. We ask to buy water and they were like its in the mini bar but ot was empty. stuff spesks no English it was frestraying.

Location: nice hotel to stay for 1 night when you have connecting flight. Close to Esenboga airport - about 60 TL by taxi. Breakfast: good enough for this price. Also there're some coffee-points where you can get free coffee or tea while you're waiting for your flight. Free activities for children: game machines, cartoons. Also there's a big aquapark outside the hotel (150 TL), but there were too many people so we didn't use this option. Friendly staff.

The hotel looks good inside but the rooms need to be renovated: furniture is old, carpets are with spots. But it's OK for this price and for 1 night. There're was no water in the whole hotel when we arrived at night so we couldn't even wash our hands - but in the morning it was OK.
