Staff don’t know English. The room was awful and I paid extra to upgrade it. They give the rotten rooms to Booking.com users!

The location of the hotel, breakfast and the dishes offered to order both in the room and in the bar-lobby area are always excellent.

There is no public offer describing the accommodation conditions offered by the hotel on the hotel's website. The Internet, declared on Booking as “high-speed", in fact did not show high speed. The refusal of the hotel administrator to engage in dialogue in order to resolve a critical case upon check-in, hence the lack of flexibility of the reception staff and, accordingly, senior management, as well as violation of generally recognized criteria for guest service at the hotel. The neglect of the staff for an unsolicited request to prepare the closing documents in advance, as a result of which I lost about half an hour. Lack of proper cleanliness and proper repair.

I have booked a room at building B (refurbished one), but when I arrived they have told me the electricity will be cut for whole day. Therefore, they suggested to place me one of the rooms of building A. I have agreed. The room 601 at building A was terrible.

The room 601 was very cold. Around 23:30 tried to take a shower, but could not get the hot water. There was stinky smell coming from sewer. All the infrastructure were too old.
