The location is in the center of the city

The reception and Cafe staff were rude. The water in the toilet was only cold. We called to tell them about the problem they said but nobody complained about the water.

Very central to the city - good walking parks all around - walkable to the river beach.

I was on the 7th floor - hot water in the show took ages to come through.
