Two days B&B stay at Passi Villas From 08th December 10th December 2022 I was the only guest for the entire hotel.. On my stay, there were only 2 staff members available, one looking after the interior / rooms, restaurant front desk services etc., the other one looking after the outside / garden, swimming pool etc. and There was one security guard who worked from 1800 hours to the following day 06.00 hours. With my experience at Passi Villas, Passikudah, Sri Lanka I would like to write a few guidelines for the future travellers who look for accommodation at the hotel. 1.clarify what is included in your package before you accept the offer. 2 check if the resident manager or front desk service is available. 3 check the swimming pool is ready to use for the guests. 4 check if the hotel kitchen is functioning for hot cooking meals or you will be offered packed dinner from outside.. 5 check if your preferred beverages are available at the hotel or you need to bring your own from outside. 6 if the hotel fails to give agreed service, are they still going to charge the full amount as per the offer they have given

Pool was good, close to beach Friendly staff

Hotel complex kind of neglected. Bathroom had no window to open, nor A/C... Sauna feeling. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room, no mosquito net, stains on the linen, toilet paper soaked up with old dried water, shower pressure weird, you needed to think the head of the shower would explode, the water splashed everywhere but on you. I think the last time someone cleaned or looked into the room was at the last hight season. We were personally asked what time we wanted breakfast, next day there was no one around for half hr after breakfast time.

Very pleasant stay with good customer service . Manager and staff went extra miles . Food was excellent . Good quality pool. They were nice and smiling all the way . Welcome drink was excellent . Breakfast was authentic Srilankan cuisine . We enjoyed every single minutes of our stay . Would definitely recommend to our friends and family . But will definitely comeback .👌

We can highly recommend the Passi Villas Hotel in Passikudah. Espacially the friendlly Staff, Food, Cleanliness, the big Pool and Beach. The East Coast is very safe for swimming. And Passikudah is not far away from the cultural sites like Dambulla, Pollonaruwa. We arranged everyhing with the help of LSR (Lanka Sports Reizen). Because it is not easy to travel in these pandemic times... But we felt very safe. Thanks a lot, our two girls did not wanted to leave...

Great experience. The room was clean and very spacious. Excellent choice of food menu! This hotel served all of our needs and was a beautiful spot to stay. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made sure to fully satisfy our needs when we made some requests. It is in a great location with a Passikudah view, nothing can't beat that!! Highly recommended for both family and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere.

Highly recommend this Hotel Passi Villas with it's location directly on the beach with a large swimming pool that is kept exceptionally clean. It was indeed a fabulous stay where the food was awesome and the large spacious rooms were immaculately maintained. We have been to hotels in most parts of the world, and the personalized service you receive in Sri Lanka, especially at Passi Villas is the best. You have to experience it to appreciate the difference. The East Coast (Passikudah) is one of the best places to visit in Sri Lanka. The calm and beautiful beach in the Passikudah Bay and the waves outside the bay would cater to all sea lovers. The Hotel Passi Villas gives the impression of strong and guest friendly management which is directed to satisfy all guests and give them an unforgettable experience of Sri Lanka's beauty and service. We look forward to visit again...

We went a family trip with office mates. We have booked 05 rooms for 50% off credit card offer. The service and the facilities are awful. Food is worse than the service. No in room WiFi. We inquired about this since WiFi routers are their. But they said WiFi is not available at that time. Phone lines are not working. Dirty plates and glass ware at restaurant. Not a single friendly service received. Wonder how they got the 4 star rating. Really disappointed after 300km ride from Colombo to passikudah. Disgusting hotel I have ever visited. Strongly not recommended.
