Everything was great, above expectations. The staff was great; everything was clean everywhere, food was good, rooms were comfy, and the room view was perfect! Special thanks for letting us use the all-inclusive benefits after check-out and for using the courtesy rooms. This is a HUGE help, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I noticed the airport transfer service from the hotel to the airport could be improved by maintaining the cars better, or newer. While this isn't directly related to the hotel, I'm writing because I booked it through your website.

We are visiting Cavo Maris for the last 3 years, every year its getting better. i will start from the Reception and in general the customer service, the Reception welcomes you with a smile and ready to provide you all the details for your accommodation, the pool bar team at the swimming pool , especially Eirinaios , the guy is phenomenon, he is making the best cocktails in town. The Team at Medusa , they are always smiling and positive and they are serving the best coffee & ice creams. The room was very clean and was smelling very nice every time the housekeeping was cleaning our room. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options, we had also on Saturday the Dinner buffet with BBQ night, what to say, everything in regards tasty and cooking was on the spot. We had twice lunch at Taverna that is near the swimming, we had the best kids pasta bolognaise and the tasty and perfect cooked Pork Chop, what to say about the size of the portions, was huge and value for money!! We had fun also with the Aqua Aerobic teams in the swimming pool , every morning we had at least half hour exercise in the swimming pool , the girls are very good and they combine the exercise with fun. Thank you to all the Team of Cavo Maris that provided us having such a nice long weekend holidays!!

In summer (July-August) to have the option to book the hotel with minimum 2-3 nights (Currently its 5 nights minimum for summer period). Even the cocktails was amazing, i would recommend to add different cocktails than the classic ones, we had also cocktails the night and the menu cocktail was similar with pool bar.
