"We had a tremendous visit!"

Definitely the location, we didn’t know it would be in the middle of all the shops and churches. We loved the hotel staff and amenities and were pleased with the room. There were three adults in our party and we had plenty of room and were quite comfortable. The previous reviews were spot on, this is a fantastic hotel!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of old town Salzburg. The staff was very friendly and informative throughout our stay. The room was very quiet too. The room was extremely comfortable with a great bed and nice bathroom. We had a refrigerator which was nice. Our seating area and closets were ample and we were able to spread out. it was extremely clean and modern. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. We loved being able to walk everywhere to pick up tours or to just visit the fortress. What a gem this place is! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very friendly and professional staff and perfect location

I like that as well established, you could tell that the staff really knows what they’re doing in hospitality and the accommodation is beautiful!
