"They can do better for a better stay next time."

Staffs are accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel have lots of amenities. There's a safe box, their breakfast was good.

Our room was not that clean, there's an awful smell in the bathroom. We found roaches in the bathroom.

"Nice concept but fails to deliver"

There was about 30 seconds of hot water for the shower, then stone cold. Then looked for the towels - no towels in the room. Then went to phone the front desk - the phone was not working. They fixed 2 of the problems only.
