A few more pieces of exercise equipment then many other hotels that say they have a fitness center. Nice to be able to swim 25m pool. Staff helped with setting up a birthday lunch. Food tasted good.

Not much to do there, unless you like to swim at the beach (which didn't look so great when I was able to get there). Not very close to beach, a 20 minute walk. If I had known that I would only have booked for 2 days. Booked for 3 and couldn't get refund for 3rd day. No hot water in shower, barely warm. Chickens and road traffic made sleep difficult. At checkout I was not refunded my deposit even though there were no extra charges.

We have like the Area, they ambiance and the hotel staff and cleanliness.

You must upgrade your wifi signal strength, it's not satisfactory, some guest are in leisure but still they want to connect in business. And Air Conditioning system is not satisfactory.

Breakfast was good. Room is really very nice and bed is very comfortable. Location is quiet and easy to find . Very good swimming pool ! Staff is really very polite, accommodating, and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to all those who will go to San Juan , L.U. . Definitely will stay in this hotel again !
