Staffs are attentive and I like that we can book without any other charges, same goes no CC needed and pay in cash at the hotel. No security deposit required. No extra cost for add 1 pax in the family room, also covered the free breakfast.

I understand that the hotel is energy saving, but we need to consider as well that customers would appreciate a cold reception area. Quite hot and humid when we checked in. Complimentary bottled water won't hurt. A little cafe music maybe at the cafeteria to jolly the atmosphere.
