Hotel Maiya

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They speak English and are very helpful. The room was acceptable and the location was near enough to shopping and restaurants (with McDonalds, Jollybee, ChowKing and Greenwich all in walking distance. The breakfast is limited to four choices, but is pretty good.

I think the worst thing about staying here was the fact that beggars are allowed to hang around the front entrance. Whether you choose to give to these people (many of whom appear quite capable of working for a living) or not, it is annoying to be confronted by the same beggars every time you step outside the hotel.

Great place, great value.

Water pressure and temperature could be a lot better. Otherwise the rest was fine.

Location is close to shop and transport

No sleepers, no small spoons for coffee

Absolutely good, staff are well attended, thank you for giving us early breakfast. We'll go back and highly recommended.
