Santiago Cove Hotel and Restaurant

Nice beach very calm, food is amazing, ilocano dishes are great...

I had a great holiday in Santiago Cove. My husband also enjoyed our 12 nights stay. Right in front of white sandy beach. There are some watersports. They have a pool bar that serves some nice foods and drinks.Mango shakes is a must which only cost around 1.30 pence. The breakfast can be served in the room for free or can be packed for take away. Or dine in the restaurant which is overlooking a nice view of the beach. They also have a burger stand few steps in front of the beach that serves softdrinks for50 pence, cheeseburger for £1.50 buy one get one free and flavoured chips for a pound. I prefer the cheese flavour. They also have a nice bakery that serves some brownie with wallnuts that taste divine. A single decent slice will only cost 80 pence. There is another restaurant near Santiago cove that is their sister company which serves a very nice foods. They serve a sharing pot of lechon sinigang which taste great which will serve 5 people. A proper Filipino soup. They also serve 3 big sticks of delicious pork barbecue which cost £3.50. Which is good for 3 people. There are also lots of street foods available that serve Filipino foods that costs less than a pound. Sam yupsal is also a must. You need to try it. It is very reasonably price. They served big portion of meat that you can eat as you grill. If you are not a big eater this will probably not suit you. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They always serve you with smile. Nothing is too much for them. They even accommodated my request to be moved on a different room as my gout and arthritis is playing up. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Pain reluef is available for free during your stay. They even sent me a plate of fresh fruit in the room fir free when my husband is feeling a little bit under the weather. Overall, I achieved my purpose in bringing my husband to Ilocos sur and that is to convince him to stay in Ilocos when we retire. He also enjoyed the jet ski and kayak with my daughter. The experience was great because the staff is very accommodating, welcoming and always smile . Rooms are good too, You can relax after a long day activity.

We were so glad to get a room in Santiago Cove Hotel and Restaurant. Clean room, good buffet breakfast, nice pool, and access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. We even had longanisa we picked up in Narvacan that they let us keep in their freezer over night. Thanks!

Everything it our go to place , when we need a break

cleaning staff, they are very hardworking and was able to find a room for my parents in the first floor who are seniors already.

staff in the reception area was not too pleasant and not too friendly. She should practice to more people person, more patience and focus on customer’s needs. She tries to point her own concerns which fully understood but then she should be more considerate when visitors ask some questions or request.

We stayed at Santiago Cove Hotel as 4 pax and truly enjoyed the calm, relaxing vibe of the place. The ocean view, soothing sound of the waves, and quiet surroundings made our stay feel like a real escape. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and accommodating throughout. Perfect for families or small groups looking to slow down and enjoy Ilocos at a relaxed pace. Would definitely stay here again.
