Santiago Cove Hotel and Restaurant

*Accomodation is okay( staff and the hotel itself) Coment: the food is not convincing and may repitition interms of using egg. Suggestion: *food: provide menu that is related to the location (like sea foods) and the best menu of the province. -magsama din ng fruits sa menu for lunch kahit isang klase lng ng fruits *emergency purposes: must have mini pharmacy

Large rooms with two double beds and reasonable size bathroom with large walk in shower. Large pool with bar and eating area. Staff helpful and friendly particularly the reception, bar and life guards. Quite a few English channels on TV. Second undercover pool located on the 5th floor next door was quieter. Three restaurants to choose from. Five minute walk to main part of town. Beach easily accessible across the road downstairs.

No fridge in room. Many rooms’ windows face directly onto the wall/ escarpment. Large corporate team building event loudly dominated the pool area one afternoon and evening.

The staffs are the nicest but the service did not go well. When booking they are not replying asap on their phone number. Second was the housekeeping, they did not clean our room knowing that we booked 3 days and 2 nights. The pool towel smells like cigarette and it is awful!

Very comfortable, cosy, clean, and the staff were just lovely. ❤️❤️

Food is nice and delicious. Will visit here again but with friends. Thank you for the unlimited samgyup experience. One of my fave samgyupsal area around Ilocos Sur. The aesthetic vibes is soo good too. Gladly they have unique style of exterior and interior design.

I stayed at this hotel based on a relative's recommendation, and it was a great choice. The location is easy to find, even without a navigation app. The security guard was very helpful, and the hotel staff went above and beyond, even escorting us when we got lost and mistakenly tried to check in at the restaurant instead of the lobby. The check-in process was quick, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Since the hotel has only one floor, we took the stairs, and the room was spacious, clean, and had excellent water pressure. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.
