"Near perfect place to stay for any official trip, expect to avoid food there"

The staff are very good and very well trained in customer service. The hotel is well maintained and clean. All staff are always ready to help especially with other services like travel and other requirements.

The food needs a lot of improvement as Filter coffee not available, some of the items were not well cooked, poor waiting as they messed up the order.

"Overall experience was good and stay was comfortable."

Breakfast buffet was good. However, it wasn’t included in our stay package through online booking.

For walk-in travellers, same tariff was offered including breakfast. This discrepancy can be looked onto.
