The cleanliness, the restaurant food quality /taste all are Excellent

Minor issues like my request for morning wake up call was ignored. Request for rental car was taken promising to get back but never did .

Literally next to the railway station

Staff seems not so responsible. I have paid the full amount for rooms at the moment of check in. When checking the staff was asking me to pay the room rent without fully checking the payment details. I had to literally say it multiple times and after that the response I get was - Sir please wait our system is slow ?!!! We had a couple of additional adults for the rooms and we had already made the additional payment for that as well. Despite this I was asked if the payment was made - that too multiple times as if I, the customer, is escaping the payment. This shows how irresponsible the staff are - can't believe in this day and age they can't keep a proper record of the payment. Disappointed 😞
