Nothing was good at all the reception don’t smile and take say good morning at all the room was ok in the bathroom was no hand towels we have to ask for them and was not good to stay there at all tea was not good at sorry to say can’t sleep at night time so much noise all night

Decent size of rooms and good value for money.

Rooms were good.

Reception staff was not very cooperative considering we were 2 ladies. They overcharged us for everything.

Check In and check out is easy. Kitchen services and kitchen staff were good. Night manager was courteous and acknowledged well and assisted in late check in and other requests. Front house (reception) needs more refinements as day manager appeared to lack in customer services and etiquettes as his tone of voice was not friendly and professional. Rest the venue was good, close to near by city attractions.

The hotel and rooms were clean and pleasant with modern decor. The staff at reception were polite and helpful.

The location was not as desired though it was easy to get a rickshaw. There was no buffet breakfast, probably due to lack of customers.
