Good location; helpful staff

Wifi didn’t work in our rooms, the staff changed the rooms but took time. That was the only thing

The room size was excellent and had all the facilities mentioned in the booking. The location is great, being just 2.5 km from the railway station and the same distance to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The staff were polite, and the security guard was also very helpful and kind.

The food was tasty but seemed a bit overpriced, though still acceptable given the quality. However, the tourist taxi charges were significantly higher compared to Uber or Ola, or even hourly rentals.

Cleanliness, very good restaurant and great staff

Nice modern hotel, was very clean too and the rooms were very spacious. Counter staff were very helpful too when asked for restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast is served from 7:30am which is really late as most hotels which I've been to in the past start break from around 5am, 7:30 was way too late as we had to leave the hotel at around 6am to catch our flight. Had a coffee break in the restaurant at around 3pm on Saturday and service was extremely slow (we were the only people in there so not sure why).

Staff members were so polite. They fulfilled all the needs on time.
