Just the check in process

Room and generally the building cleanliness. Bed sheets were dirty and had heavy dirt marks. TV did not work and generally room in very poor clean state.

Staff are excellent, very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Rooms are a good size and bathroom facilities are really good. Plenty of hot water after a day travelling. Highly recommend Breakfast included option is good.

Nothing at all, just a tuk ruk ride to all major attractions in the city
